Blocked by template rule 12.5

Come for the solution, stay for everything else. Welcome to our community! We have one backup policy and three templates in that policy. The policy has a daily, weekly and monthly job template. The daily template is set to run Sat - Thur starting at 9pm.

The weekly is scheduled for every 2nd - last Fri of the month starting at 7pm. The monthly is scheduled for every 1st Fri at 7pm.

The only way to get that error to go away is to put the job on hold and then unhold the job then prompt fails due to being out of the time window. I've had little success figuring this out.
